Take I-95 South to Rt. 1 South. Follow Rt. 13/Rt. 1 South to exit 104 and follow Rt 13 South approximately 4 miles to Court Street (just after Rt. 113/Rt.13 split). Turn right on Court Street and follow into downtown Dover, Legislative Mall.
Take US50/301 through Annapolis and across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Stay on 301 to a right turn onto MD302; follow 302 to a right onto Rt. 454 at Templeville. Rt 454 becomes Rt. 8 when you cross the Delaware line. Follow Rt. 8 into Dover and bear right at Loockerman Street. Follow Loockerman St. to a right turn onto Federal Street and you will be at Legislative Mall.
