Each Vendor desiring to do business at the African American Festival 2010 should read the Letter of invitation and conditions by clicking on the first link below. After referring to the Map of Booth Locations (second link), select either the Electronic Registration Form or the Mail-in Registration Form.

3. Electronic Registration Form (complete and submit directly).

4. Mail-in Registration Form (print, complete, and mail).

There is a $25 late registration fee for regular vendors and $50 for food vendors, payable in cash or money order, required for vendors not registered prior to June 1, 2010.

On-site registration and check-in for pre-registered vendors begins at 7:00 a.m. the morning of the Festival.
